ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball team will host Howard Payne in American Southwest Conference volleyball action Thursday starting at 7 p.m. at the Mabee Complex.

Freshman middle blocker and outside hitter for the Cowgirls Jenny Brawner leads the team with 129 kills, 275 total attacks, and 62 solo blocks on the season.

Junior setter Kasey Ridings leads the Cowgirls with 315 assists on the season. Senior Brittoni Reynolds has 59 kills, 181 total attacks, two service aces, 68 digs, and 16 total blocks. Reynolds was named to the All-tournament team at the Austin College Tournament this past weekend.

HSU is 7-3 on the season and Howard Payne is 0-9. HSU is coming off a win over cross-town rival McMurry. The win was the first in 13 matches against the Lady Indians and The Cowgirls seven wins surpasses last season's win total by one.
