After Austin College cruised to victory in the first game, Hardin-Simmons responded by jumping out to an 8-4 lead to open up the second game before the Lady 'Roos got things back on track with a 26-11 run to end the game. The third game saw both teams battling back and forth before Austin College was able to take control.
