Oct. 14, 2003 ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball dropped a three-set match, 30-10, 30-24, 30-28, to crosstown rival McMurry in American Southwest Conference action Tuesday night at McMurry's Kimbrell Arena. The Cowgirls were led by freshman Virginia Aguilar's 11 kills. Kerra LeBlanc led the defense with 12 digs. Tanner Ellison and Maggie Barnhill chipped in nine and eight kills respectively. Lyndsay Llewellyn led McMurry with 15 kills. HSU fell to 3-13 overall and 3-6 in ASC action. McMurry improved to 16-5 overall and 8-1 in ASC West action. |
