Sept. 2, 2005 SHERMAN, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' women's volleyball team split a pair of matches in the season-opening Austin College Tournament on Friday in Sherman. HSU lost the season opener to Southwestern 30-22, 30-23, 31-29, before sweeping through the University of Dallas 30-23, 31-29, 30-28. No individual stats were availiable on Friday night.
