ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball team moved to 3-0 on the season with a three-game win over Southwest Assemblies of God, Saturday morning at Kimbrell Arena on the campus of McMurry University in Abilene.

The Cowgirls won by a score of 30-28, 31-29, 30-22.

HSU's offensive attack was led by freshman Jenny Brawner, who had 12 kills. Senior Terri Guajardo had 11 kills.

Freshman Rebecca Delgado tied a school-record with eight service aces in the match.

HSU will return to action against McMurry today at 3:30.
