Aug. 30, 2003 ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' volleyball team dropped a three-set match to McMurry, 30-15, 30-22, 31-29, Satuday morning in the final game of the Big Country Classic at Kimbrell Arena. The Cowgirls offensive attack was led by Maggie Barnhill, who had 10 kills. Freshman Ali Childers led the Cowgirl defense with 10 digs. Senior Lyndsay Llewellyn led McMurry with 16 kills. HSU returns to action next Friday when it plays four matches at the Austin College Classic in Sherman, Texas. |
