ABILENE, Texas - RICHARDSON, Texas ---- Conference women's tennis champions Hardin-Simmons University placed three players on the American Southwest Conference women's All-Conference teams selected by vote of the 15 ASC head coaches.

The Cowgirls Hazel de la Torre, Tracy Henington and Caroline Scott all were named to the All-ASC. Scott was voted the women's West Division Newcomer of the Year while Henington was the women's West Division Freshman of the Year. Shane Williford was the tri-coach of the year.

Henington, de la Torre and Scott were joined by McKenzie Swindle as HSU players on the first team of the All-West team. Stephanie Haynes was named to the second team.
