Final Stats

ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' women's tennis teams swept a pair of American Southwest Conference matches on Saturday beating Sul Ross State and McMurry, 9-0, to push its ASC winnings streak to 74 matches.

The Cowgirls were never threatened in either match as they lost only 15 games in nine matches against McMurry and only games against Sul Ross State. The Cowgirls only won two individual matches in their seven ASC West matches this year.

Tracy Henington, Lisa Metz, Bria Camarillo and Diane Crouch went undefeated in singles play in conference action this year.

The Cowgirls ended the reular season with a record of 10-6 and they will play on Saturday in the second round of the ASC Championships at UT-Tyler. HSU earned a first-round bye.
