Final Stats

ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' women's tennis team remained undefeated in American Southwest Conference West Division play with a 9-0 win over Mary Hardin-Baylor, Saturday afternoon at the Streich Tennis Center.

Tracy Henington likely wrapped up ASC player of the year honors as she defeated Laina White, 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1 singles. White was undefeated in league play heading into the dual. She also teamed with Hazel de la Torre for an 8-4 win at No. 1 doubles.

The Cowgirls did not lose a set and lost only six total games in singles play. With the win the Cowgirls extended their ASC winning streak to 55 straight matches.

The win moved the Cowgirls to 8-5 on the year and 6-0 in ASC West play. UMHB fell to 6-5 overall and 4-3 in the ASC West. HSU closes its regular season Wednesday at Schreiner.
