Final Stats

ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' women's tennis team continued its American Southwest Conference winning streak with an easy win over Howard Payne, 8-1, Tuesday afternoon at the Streich Tennis Center.

The Cowgirls pushed its winning streak to 53 straight as they improved to 5-0 on the year and 4-0 in ASC West play. Tracy Henington remained perfect in singles and doubles. Five Cowgirls have won every match they have played this season.

The Cowgirls head to California this weekend for four matches, which could determine their postseason future. With no automatic bids, both teams would likely need at least two wins in California to feel secure in garnering an automatic bid to the NCAAs.
