ABILENE, Texas - Senior first basemen Sadye Hill became the all-time American Southwest Conference softball hits leader when she became the first ASC player to go over the 200-hit mark. She now has 203 hits and the previous record was held by Angela Gonzales of East Texas Baptist. She also needs just four more home runs and 21 RBIs to take over the career records in those categories. She currently has 26 home runs and 141 RBIs in her career. The record-breaking hit came on a double in the third inning of the first game of the Schreiner series. |
