ABILENE, Texas - With the forecast of wet and freezing weather, Hardin-Simmons has canceled its four softball games set for this weekend at Ellis Field. The games will be made up at a later date to be determined.

It was to be the season opener for the Cowgirls against LeTourneau on Friday and the University of Dallas on Saturday.
