team of the American Southwest Conference All Conference team that was voted on
by the leagues coaches

women's soccer team placed five players on the first team of the American Southwest Conference All Conference team that
was voted on by the leagues coaches.
Senior sweeper Mollie Porter was named the
ASC Defensive player of the year for the third straight season and Marcus Wood
won the ASC coach of the year for the fourth time. The Cowgirls went undefeated
in league play and then won the ASC Tournament to advance to the NCAA
Tournament.
Sophomore forward Mindi
Zamora, junior midfielder KalaChalman,
sophomore midfielder Whitney Piendak, Porter and
senior goalkeeper Rachel Goold each were named to the first team.
Junior defender Natalie Longhofer and sophomore midfielder Jacky Cox were both
named to the second team and sophomore midfielder Marissa Wichkoski
was named honorable mention.
