ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' women's soccer team will host the University of Dallas in its home opener, Friday starting at 8 p.m. at Shelton Stadium.

Freshman Cathy Castagnos scored the only goal this season for the Cowgirls against Ogelthorpe. Alyssa Wester, junior midfielder, leads the team with five shots on goal and Diana Bosch leads with one assist.

The Cowgirls are 1-1 on the season and UD is 2-0 on the year.
