Cowgirls Remain Undefeated In Conference

KERRVILLE, Texas - The Hardin-Simmons women's soccer team remained undefeated in conference action with a 5-0 win over Schreiner University, Friday afternoon in Kerrville.

M.J. Pearl scored a pair of goals in the first half and Natalie Longhofer and Diana Bosch each had a goal and the Cowgirls got an own goal to round out the scoring.

HSU outshot the Mountaineers 32-3 in the game.The Cowgirls got their seventh shutout of the season and third in a row from sophomore goalkeeper Rachel Goold.

HSU improved to 6-0 in ASC action and 9-2-1 overall. Schreiner fell to 4-6-1 and 2-3-1. The Cowgirls will play at Texas Lutheran on Saturday at 2 p.m.
