KERRVILLE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons women's soccer team remained undefeated on the year with a 7-0 win over Schreiner, Saturday afternoon in Kerrville. The Cowgirls outshot Schreiner 49-1 in the game. Marissa Wichkoski put the Cowgirls on the board in the first three minutes of the game. Regan Cappella and Whitney Piendak scored in the 10th and 11th minutes to make it 3-0. Piendak scored again in the 64th minute, Zamora scored two minutes later and Morgan Loyd scored in the 71st minute and Amy Kuykendall scored in the 72 minute. HSU is 4-0-2 on the year and 2-0-0 in ASC play. HSU returns home for ASC games against East Texas Baptist and LeTourneau next weekend. |
