ABILENE, Texas - After two weeks without a game, Hardin-Simmons' women's basketball team will return to action Saturday to close out 2005 with a 2 p.m. game when it hosts Texas Wesleyan at the Mabee Complex.

Due to the installation of new chair back seating on the west side of the gym, all fans will be seated on the east side in the bleacher section.

The Cowgirls are 6-2 on the season and are 3-0 at the Mabee Complex. HSU showed a balanced attack this season with four players averaging in double figures. Melissa Henley leads the way with 12.9 points and 6.5 rebounds per outing.

Shelby Hodges (11.8), Lyssa Dennard (11.4) and Sonya West (10.5) also average double figures for HSU. Texas Wesleyan is 4-5 on the year, but have won three of its last four games. Britney Helton leads a balanced attack with 9.9 points per game.
