TYLER, Texas - Hardin-Simmons' men's tennis team had a successful run in the American Southwest Conference Individual Tournament this weekend in Tyler.

David Wu won the flight one singles, Roy Lehman won flight number three and Derek Baxter won flight nine singles.

Wes Kidd lost in the flight two semifinals, Wade Morgan injury defaulted in the flight four semifinals, Tanner Reed lost in the flight five semifinals, Brian Jones lost in the semifinals of flight six, Ryan Hunt lost in the finals of flight seven.

In doubles action, Wu and Lehman rolled through No. 1 doubles, Kidd and Morgan did the same at number two, both winning 8-1 in the finals.

The Cowboys are off until the ITA in two weeks.
