CLAREMONT, California -

The Hardin-Simmons University men's tennis team split matches on Saturday to end its West Coast swing.

The Cowboys defeated Claremont College, 5-2, before falling to The University of the Redlands, 5-1.

The Cowboys lost to the No. 11-ranked team in the nation, California Lutheran, 4-3, on Friday.

HSU next plays Abilene Christian University on March 26.
