KERRVILLE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons men's soccer team took a big step toward advancing to the American Southwest Tournament with a big 3-0 conference win at Schreiner University on Friday in Kerrville.

The Cowboys received goals from James Burton, Trevor Elza and Matt Leach in the win and Charles Johnson recorded the shutout in goal.

The Cowboys improved to 7-4-1 overall and 4-1-1 in ASC action while Schreiner fell to 6-3-2, 2-3-2.
