ABILENE, Texas - Hardin-Simmons had three players selected to the D3football.com All-South Region team announced by the only Division III only football website.

Offensive tackle James Arnold was selected to the second team. The senior from McKinney did not allow a sack for the Cowboys this season.

Senior running back Quinton Jones and senior slotback Mychal Carrillo were named to the third team. Jones ran for 1,356 yards and 18 touchdowns. Carrillo caught 86 balls for 1,043 yards and 14 touchdowns.

The teams, selected in balloting by South Region sports information directors and D3football.com staff, were chosen from 210 nominations by Division III member schools. A total of 75 players were chosen.
