One of the top defenders in the conference, Peters always guards the opponents top perimeter scorer. Also has the ability to be a consistent double-digit scorer. Has a great first step and is explosive to the hole. 2005-06: Had nine double-digit scoring efforts on the year. Had a career-best 23 points in a win over Ozarks. Had two double-digit rebounding efforts, including a career-best 11 against McMurry. Led the team with 70 assists. 2004-05: Peters guards the teams best perimeter player every night and also averaged 7.9 points per game...Started 26 of the 27 games he played...Had a career-best 15 points against UT-Tyler...Scored in double figures 12 times...Had a season-high six assists in a home win against Howard Payne...Pulled down a career-best nine rebounds against Schreiner in the only game he did not start last year...Named honorable mention All-ASC. 2003-04: Missed the season with a torn ACL.
