Feb. 28, 2003 PINEVILLE, Louisiana - Hardin-Simmons baseball team lost 12-4 to Louisiana College Friday night in Pineville, Louisiana. Ryan Devere, Josh Anderlohr, and Michael Popino all had one run and one hit each while Chuy Rodriguez had one run and Andy Harrington and Seth Gandy had one hit each for the Cowboys. Anderlohr led the team with two RBIs. Craig Foreman pitched 4.2 innings for HSU and gave up seven earned runs to take the loss. Robertson led the Wildcats with three runs and two hits in the 12-4 win. Pontifex pitched seven innings for LC and had 25 at bat and four strikeouts. HSU (1-3) will return to action on Saturday when it plays in a doubleheader at 1:00p.m. |
