ABILENE, Texas - Justin Wilson homered in the sixth inning and Scott Drake singled in Kurtis Lay as Hardin-Simmons won the first game of a Friday doubleheader with East Texas Baptist, 2-1, in non-conference action at Hunter Field. The Cowboys fell 13-6 in the nightcap. Nick Kincaid picked up the win on the mound for the Cowboys to move to 2-0 on the year. In the night cap Justin Wilson had another home run for the Cowboys. The two teams will play a single game at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Hunter Field. |
