Expected to be one of the Cowboys' leading hitters in the ASC after a solid junior year. 2006: Was a second-team All-ASC selection as a junior after hitting .345 on the year with 15 extra-base hits, including seven triples and 32 RBIs. Was named ASC and national hitter of the week by the NBCWA, after a 9-for-12 week with 11 runs scored and 10 RBIs. Transferred to HSU after playing two years at Vernon Junior College for Head Coach Kevin Lallmann. Was a 2005 Academic All-American for the Chaparrals.
