ABILENE, Texas - First round opponents have been named for the three Hardin-Simmons teams that have advanced into the NCAA Tournament.

The women's soccer team will hit the road to Tacoma, Wash., for a sectional. The Cowgirls will play host Puget Sound in the first round of the tournament. The two teams faced off in the Sweet 16 two years ago in Tacoma. UPS is 15-1-3 on the year. Trinity and Williamette are the other two teams in the sectional. HSU will play at 3:30 CST on Saturday.

The men's soccer team and volleyball teams will both travel to Trinity.

HSU will play Trinity on Saturday at a time to be determined. The Cowboys lost to Trinity 3-2 in the first round last year in San Antonio. Trinity defeated the Cowboys 5-2 in the first game of this season. HSU will play the 11 a.m. game.

The volleyball team will play old conference foe Austin College at Trinity in the first round on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. Emory, Trinity, Southwestern and Averett are also in the six-team regional tournament.
